How to comfort yourself when crumble

I might start with the days that become us brave and powerful of believing in ourselves, this is not about how many times we fell it is about the times we stand up again. 

No one in this earth will tell their life is perfect, because there is no perfect in anything in anyone, and so they need to be good enough in positive thoughts so they must pass trough this event happening in their life. 

I have been believing in good vibes, positive minds, and believe me it really have a result; when you make it part of your breath, of your life, not only things will change but also the way you feel every morning you wake up and open your eyes you will feel this energy, this freedom of no matter how but you will do what you like the most and will make it worth it. 

Debo empezar con los días que nos convertirán en valientes y poderosos, de creer en nosotros mismos, esto no es acerca de cuantas veces caemos sino de cuantas veces nos volvemos a levantar.

Nadie en esta tierra dirá que su vida es perfecta, porque no existe lo perfecto en nada ni en nadie, entonces, deberán ser lo suficientemente buenos para creer en pensamientos positivos y pasar este evento que este ocurriendo en su vida. 

He estado creyendo en buenas vibras, mentes positivas, y créeme realmente tiene resultado; cuando lo haces parte de tu vida de tu aliento, no solo las cosas van a cambiar también cambiará la forma en la que te sientes cada mañana al despertar y abrir los ojos sentirás esta energía, esta libertad de no importar como pero lograrás hacer lo que más te guste y harás que valga la pena. 

I am not going to tell you that I am a person that never cries or never have bad moments or weakness or even I never crumble.  This is really normal in every human on earth, but, thing is when you stopped it and say "Ok I fell but I will stand up twice". This is the sense of life, letting you know there will be bad days in which ones you will need to be prepared to get over and keep going. 

No voy a decir que soy una persona que nunca ha llorado o que nunca tuvo malos momentos o debilidad o incluso que nunca se derrumbó. Esto es muy normal en cada ser humano, pero, el punto es cuando lo logras parar y decir "esta bien, me caí pero me levantaré dos veces". Este es el sentido que tiene la vida, dejarte saber que habrán malos días en los que necesitarás estar preparado para superarlo y continuar. 

The beautiful we can find in life, so many times is right in front of us we don't need to search anywhere but there. Since we have sun, we can stay in touch even in the night, we can breath the breeze, we can share with friends with family, with our pets, and then we can combine this with little things that make us happy. 

Never forget who you are, how you have been developing in between all the good and bad days, because we don't need to focus on bad days, is about the good days will come, and with the big smile we will take them. 

Lo hermoso de la vida lo podemos encontrar casi siempre en frente de nosotros, no necesitamos buscar en ningún lado porque allí está. Desde que tenemos sol, podemos vernos en la noche, podemos respirar la brisa, podemos compartir con amigos, con la familia, con nuestras mascotas, y luego entonces podemos combinar esto con pequeñas cosas que nos hagan felices. 

Nunca olvides quien eres, como te has desenvuelto entre los buenos y malos días, porque no hay necesidad de centrarse en malos días sino en los días buenos que vendrán y con la gran sonrisa con la que los recibiremos.

One of those trips 

Trying no to missed not to get cold 

As we planned this trip one month ago, we decided to make it and rode to the amazing Cotopaxi volcano from Quito, Ecuador. I remember when I was a child and I used to make this kind of trips with the school as usual they only make this ecological trips, and that is fantastic as children we don't understand the matter of these beautiful rides, but as we grow up we understand.

I barely remember how magnanimous the Cotopaxi looks and as we approached to it was so espectacular, then you wonder how incredible, invincible and beautiful the nature is.

So a little group of friends joined into this adventure and we really had fun, I guess this is the supposed plans we must think about.

Then no matter how cold it will be we packed and decided to face the frozen wind.

It was one of my best trips I've made. 

But the adventure wasn't about to end, we decided to take a ride bording the volcano to see some more beauty, and we find wild horses, Lidia's bull, some big rocks of when the volcano were active there was real and big rocks that we found. 

And as it wouldn't be enough we found this amazing place called El Manantial, well we drove 9km far away but it really looked like 50km far far away, then we thought we will be ok as long as we get the exit, and yes we got lost a little bit on the way,  but we made it and we returned at home for some food and sharing the last of night.

And I started to love more and more macarons the originals are from France in Paris as it began with the creation of this sweets Ladurée stopped being a craft bakery and expanded in 1997.

How to avoid bad energy for other people around you

During my teenager and mi adulthood yet ;) always been chaos and people who maybe dislike something about me or even more they've like too much that they couldn't resist, and well is not a rule that we should please everyone, doesn't it ?

Durante los años que tuve de adolescencia y los de juventud aun ;) siempre hubieron casos y personas en las que algo no les gustaba de mi o mas bien que les gustaba tanto que no podían soportarlo, y bueno no es ley que debamos agradar a todos, o si?

There were times in which I didn't know how to control and let it gets me down, I think this is something normal that each one human must passed through. However years are a big weapon in which you find the way to combat and resist, everything is a true learning and we will always met new challenges to face an then we can finally say is one more task done; and thats what is the meaning of life having the attitude to any situation, not always its going to be perfect, there will be hard days and so incredible days, the ones that we will pick them up and conquer the way. Having power of our own is synonymous of liberty. 

 Hubieron ocaciones en las que no sabía como controlarlo y dejaba que me afectara entonces todo parecía venir mal y sentirme triste, creo que es algo normal por lo que todo ser humano ha pasado en alguna época de su vida. Sin embargo los años son un arma tan grande en la que encuentras la manera de combatir y resistir, todo es un verdadero aprendizaje y siempre nos encontraremos con nuevos retos por enfrentar para que luego ya sea una tarea más hecha; y de eso se trata de tener actitud frente a cualquier situación que se nos pueda presentar, no siempre y no todo va a ser perfecto, vendrán días difíciles así como días increíbles y de los cuales debemos agarrarnos para conquistar nuestro camino. Tener poder sobre uno mismo es sinónimo de libertad. 

People become like an annoying mosquito that never leaves you alone. The ideal is to know that only you and no one but you make decisions over you, what good and bad vibes will reach at you.

I used to think that people just need love, and for lack of love it is why they act in a particular way, because who filled with love can cause clashes?

Las personas llegan a ser como un mosquito que no te deja en paz. Lo ideal es tener en cuenta que nadie y solo tú decides por ti mismo, lo que te va a llegar positiva y negativamente y como vas a manejarlo para que no cause un caos en tu vida. 

Yo solía creer que la gente solo necesita amor, y por falta de amor es que actúan de cierta forma, porque quien con amor puede causar enfrentamientos?

 

The envy of people and their critics  is something that will always be there, apparently is part of the development and evolution of the human being.

So where do you find yourself when everything looks to be not ok?, well I always be faithful believer of the power in the inside, of that beauty that everyone has the one you must never forget, and there is where you find all the answers to all of the uncertainties and also bad comments about you.

La gente es envidiosa y criticona, algo que siempre habrá en el camino de todos nosotros, al parecer es parte del desarrollo y evolución del ser humano.

Entonces donde te encuentras tú en el momento en que todo parece no estar bien?, bueno, siempre he sido fiel creyente del poder interior, de esa belleza que tiene cada uno y de la cual jamas debe olvidarse; y entonces allí es donde encuentras la respuesta a todas esas inquietudes, incertidumbres y también comentarios negativos que puedan hacer sobre ti. 

 Its not supposed to hurt anyone, is about to teach to whom not known that sharing and loving is better and fills your life.

Be positive, attract good vibes, thoughts, memories, joys, is what really matters in life to go on and be part of the positive community. Did you know the more positive you are you will attract all the good for your life; the truly rich people have made fortune of this simple word ¨positivism¨. so why not starting every single day with a smile and look up to the sky!          

No se trata de herir a los demás, de devolver, se trata de enseñar a quien no conocía que compartir y amar es más bonito y te llena de vida, que lo contrario y te desgasta. 

Ser positivo, atraer buenas energias, pensamientos, recuerdos, alegrías es lo que realmente se necesita en la vida para avanzar y ser parte de la comunidad del positivismo. Sabías que mientras más positivo eres atraes todo lo bueno a tu vida; los verdaderos ricos han hecho fortuna de esta simple palabra ¨positivismo¨. How to love Yourself (My own experience)

To start first of all, you, she, they, me, are one in this world we are unique and incomparable; knowing that simple thing then we can proceed to say that for that reason we must love us, as one singular person in this big big world. Maybe what she or he has you don't have but that doesn't matter at all because everyone of you have one special gift that only you will know. 

Then why we should compare with others, to find more confidence? that'a not right, on the opposite what we found is more weakness and losing of our own personality and gift.  

I used to dislike and be unsatisfied with my height (btw I am 5 feet) and so my body(no big boobs), watching models and see what they have and I don't, made me feel uncomfortable with my body, but as time goes on and I learned from so many other experiences I finally found myself I found what I missed or maybe what I never saw. I got the only one light that nobody has, that is what makes me be ME. 

So I began to love me as I am, I think that nobody is perfect everyone has one dislike thing. I understood that my body should look as it seems without any extra surgery, and since then I love they way it looks and make me feel good. For complementary plus to my body I started to workout and eating healthy that will make me feel alive and health.

So no more complex of your body, your face, your height or whatever it makes you feel such a little thing. We are so beautiful and powerful to let this little things start to make a martyrdom. So why not to start loving yourself and feel grateful of how you came. 

Para empezar, todos somos especiales en este mundo, somos únicos e incomparables; sabiendo esto tan simple entonces podemos decir que por esta razón deberíamos amarnos, como una persona singular en este mundo grande. Tal vez ellos tienen lo que tu no tienes pero eso no significa todo porque todos tenemos un don que cada uno conocerá. 

Solía disgustarme y estar insatisfecha con mi estatura ( mido 152cm) y también mi cuerpo (no grandes pechos), ver modelos y lo voluptuosas que ellas eran lo que me hacía pensar esto; pero con el transcurso del tiempo y de otras experiencias, finalmente me encontré, lo que había perdido de vista o nuca pude ver. Tengo una luz única que nadie tiene, y es lo que me hace ser YO.

Así que empecé a amarme como soy, pienso que nadie es perfecto y siempre habrá algo que le disguste de su cuerpo. Comprendí que mi cuerpo debe verse como es sin ninguna cirugía extra. Para complementar mi cuerpo empecé a hacer ejercicio y comer saludable eso me haría verme bien, sentirme sana.

Entonces, no debe haber complejos de tu cuerpo, tu rostro, tu estatura, o lo que sea que te haga sentir tan pequeño. Somos hermosos y poderosos para permitir que cosas como estas empiecen a ser un martirio. Por qué no empezar a amarnos.

El Gran Café Quito Coffee Shop

This time I went to this coffee shop located in Quito, this recently opened shop was a great venture, all in the inside feels like London background. You will have enough quality seats also really comfortable spots and the service I guarantee you will feel like home.

As we placed our order, my boyfriend took a cappuccino while I asked an ice cream; as they were brand new they were offering two ice creams balls so I asked for the strawberry and a recommended new one an Italian that I just barely recall the name, but I can tell this was a white one with red fruits and the flavor felt like blueberries and red fruit tea, also they offered with free gums over my ice cream. After this they brought us water, then, they offered a free croissant and at last they served us a kind of lemon red ice tea.

Esta vez fui a una cafetería localizada en Quito, esta reciente tienda de café fue una buena experiencia, todo en su interior se ve y se siente como estar en um ambiente londinense. Tendrás suficientes asientos y también lugares muy cómodos y el servicio te garantizo que te sentirás como en casa.

Cuando hicimos nuestro pedido, mi novio tomó un capuchino y yo pedí un helado; como ellos recién abrieron estaban ofreciendo dos bolas de helado por el costo de una así que pedí uno de fresas y el otro recomendado de casa que era un helado italiano, apenas recuerdo el nombre pero puedo decir que era blanco con frutos rojos y el sabor se sentía como arándanos y té de frutos rojos, ellos ofrecieron toppings gratis y escogí gomitas. Después de esto ellos nos trajeron agua, luego nos brindaron un croissant y antes de irnos nos sirvieron un té helado, sabía a limón pero de color rojo.
