How to comfort yourself when crumble
I might start with the days that become us brave and powerful of believing in ourselves, this is not about how many times we fell it is about the times we stand up again.
No one in this earth will tell their life is perfect, because there is no perfect in anything in anyone, and so they need to be good enough in positive thoughts so they must pass trough this event happening in their life.
I have been believing in good vibes, positive minds, and believe me it really have a result; when you make it part of your breath, of your life, not only things will change but also the way you feel every morning you wake up and open your eyes you will feel this energy, this freedom of no matter how but you will do what you like the most and will make it worth it.
Debo empezar con los días que nos convertirán en valientes y poderosos, de creer en nosotros mismos, esto no es acerca de cuantas veces caemos sino de cuantas veces nos volvemos a levantar.
Nadie en esta tierra dirá que su vida es perfecta, porque no existe lo perfecto en nada ni en nadie, entonces, deberán ser lo suficientemente buenos para creer en pensamientos positivos y pasar este evento que este ocurriendo en su vida.
He estado creyendo en buenas vibras, mentes positivas, y créeme realmente tiene resultado; cuando lo haces parte de tu vida de tu aliento, no solo las cosas van a cambiar también cambiará la forma en la que te sientes cada mañana al despertar y abrir los ojos sentirás esta energía, esta libertad de no importar como pero lograrás hacer lo que más te guste y harás que valga la pena.
I am not going to tell you that I am a person that never cries or never have bad moments or weakness or even I never crumble. This is really normal in every human on earth, but, thing is when you stopped it and say "Ok I fell but I will stand up twice". This is the sense of life, letting you know there will be bad days in which ones you will need to be prepared to get over and keep going.
No voy a decir que soy una persona que nunca ha llorado o que nunca tuvo malos momentos o debilidad o incluso que nunca se derrumbó. Esto es muy normal en cada ser humano, pero, el punto es cuando lo logras parar y decir "esta bien, me caí pero me levantaré dos veces". Este es el sentido que tiene la vida, dejarte saber que habrán malos días en los que necesitarás estar preparado para superarlo y continuar.
The beautiful we can find in life, so many times is right in front of us we don't need to search anywhere but there. Since we have sun, we can stay in touch even in the night, we can breath the breeze, we can share with friends with family, with our pets, and then we can combine this with little things that make us happy.
Never forget who you are, how you have been developing in between all the good and bad days, because we don't need to focus on bad days, is about the good days will come, and with the big smile we will take them.
Lo hermoso de la vida lo podemos encontrar casi siempre en frente de nosotros, no necesitamos buscar en ningún lado porque allí está. Desde que tenemos sol, podemos vernos en la noche, podemos respirar la brisa, podemos compartir con amigos, con la familia, con nuestras mascotas, y luego entonces podemos combinar esto con pequeñas cosas que nos hagan felices.
Nunca olvides quien eres, como te has desenvuelto entre los buenos y malos días, porque no hay necesidad de centrarse en malos días sino en los días buenos que vendrán y con la gran sonrisa con la que los recibiremos.
